On May 25, 2017, join the Austin community at the fifth Agile Austin conference, Keep Austin Agile 2017. Our fourth conference, Keep Austin Agile 2016, sold out with over 725 attendees. The 2017 conference will provide opportunities for current agile professionals and beginners alike to go beyond practices by understanding the principles behind agile and how to apply them within your organization.
This one day event will offer various tracks for education and networking in a relaxed environment at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. Whether a project manager, scrum master, developer, tester, operations team member, product manager, or executive, this conference is for everyone currently involved with agile projects or just investigating its merits.
Once the conference sells out, we will enable a wait list for any tickets that become available. To add yourself to the wait list, you will need to provide credit card information. Your card will not be charged unless you receive a ticket. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to be removed from the wait list as once tickets are released, sales will be final. Tickets will be released no later than end of day Tuesday, May 23rd on a first come first serve basis. People on the waiting list will receive an email as to whether their ticket was approved or rejected (i.e., we did not have enough tickets). Because the Keep Austin Agile conference incurs expenses prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations received by May 4, 2017 will be issued a full refund less processing and handling fees.
No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after May 4, 2017.
Swaps from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. If you need to swap with another attendee, please do so through Universe on or before Tuesday, May 23rd. After that point, you will need to bring documentation supporting the swap (ex. an email) to on-site registration where you will receive a handwritten badge. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. Please send any questions to email@example.com.

Austin Convention Center 2nd Street Garage: 201 East 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701. Entrances are on Brazos and San Jacinto street.
Austin Convention Center 5th Street Garage: 601 E. 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701. Entrance is on 5th Street.
